The fifth annual Men Against Domestic Violence Artistic Expression will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Oct. 24 at The Gallery at Three Rivers Community College, 574 New London Turnpike, Norwich. This year, MADVAE will be held in honor of William “Bill” Wernau for his contributions to preventing domestic violence.
